If you enroll your student in an online public school from home, you don't have to submit the Intent form, and you can opt out of standardized tests if you choose. Follow your online school's procedures.

You may contact your MN resident school district if you would like information on participation in their programming and classes. You can also request paperwork for receiving nonpublic pupil aid funds. Each school district's community education department will also have extracurricular opportunities as well.
